[OpenAFS] OpenAFS on HP UX

The comments in  src/afs/HPUX/osi_machdep.h say:
/* Expected to be available as a patch from HP */

Does anyone know the HP patch number for this?

Our HP admins can't find this patch for 11.00
but we did find vfs_vm.h for 11.22.

I got the openafs-snap-2002-10-31 to build on an hp_ux110,
including libafs (but not tested) using this
vfs_vm.h. But I don't expect the 11.00 version to be 
the same, and don't even want to try it.
