[OpenAFS] Help - Failed to load AFS client

The IP addresses are correct and the machines are running.  In fact, I 
checked the ThisCell and CellServDB file on another server where AFS *is* 
running correctly -- the server addresses are identical to mine.  

How can I check if I can connect to these IP addresses from my Linux box?  
I pinged the IPs and that worked fine....
