[OpenAFS] Check if Volume is availabe

Hi Paul,

this is a good idea. But i start a shell-skript in the Pam-Modules and did
not get managed it to have the afs-tokens inside it. So the cd-command will
false everytime.
But i will try to fix the pam-module and use vos examine meanwhile.
