[OpenAFS] syncing PTS DBs between 2 cells

Has anyone set up 2 cells with identical PTSDB contents.

In particular I want this for 2 cells which will use the same KRB5 realm
for authentication. all clients would have the same primary cell(IE no
clients would have the second cell in ThisCell) and could reasonably be
expected to make all changes only to that cells PTSDB.

Basically what I'd want to have is a mechanism to automatically
propogate any updates made in the first cell's PTSDB out to the second cell.

also, the second cell would prefferably not accept updates through the
normal client API.
