[OpenAFS] hosts error

I'm installing open-afs 1.2.7 under rh 8.0 with rpm..
during the configuration i receive that error.
[root@tva-afs root]# /usr/bin/bos create tva-afs.plugit.net kaserver simple
/usr/afs/bin/kaserver -cell tva-afs -noauth
[root@tva-afs root]# /usr/bin/bos create tva-afs.plugit.net buserver simple
/usr/afs/bin/buserver -cell tva-afs -noauth
[root@tva-afs root]# /usr/afs/bin/buserver: problems with host name Ubik
init failed
/usr/afs/bin/buserver: problems with host name Ubik init failed
/usr/afs/bin/buserver: problems with host name Ubik init failed

and /etc/sysconfig/network is
NETWORKING=yes
HOSTNAME=tva-afs.plugit.net
GATEWAY=x.x.x.x.
Any idea ?
