[OpenAFS] client timed out: failure to respond Check Network Connection

I've installed an OpenAFS 1.2.2b client on Win 95 but I haven't yet been =
able to connect to an OpenAFS server I know is working.  I've received =
the following error message:=20
client timed out: failure to respond Check Network Connection

I'm not sure what the correct settings should be.
