[OpenAFS] uid 0 im AFS

This doesn't create files. This changes the uid of a file. What I want
is, that files created by a third party program, created with uid 0. I
don't want to crawl behind all programs and correct their files.

So, I seams, there is no solution for this problem. Or has anyone one?
