[OpenAFS] OpenAFS Win2k (status, building)

Version 1.2.2b is quite a nice piece of work.

Currently the friends of OpenAFS are hard at work getting 1.2.8 built and
tested.

There are several documents describing the build process, if that is your
interest.  A good place to start is V7.0 of Microsoft .Net environment.

I haven't confirmed that the recent changes work on V6.0 and I'd gladly
support anyone if that is their preference!
