[OpenAFS] rsh utility

Hi

   I want to use AFS modified rsh , rlogin and inetd utlities. and 
I am
installing AFS on Red hat 7.2 with the source RPM available on 
openafs
site with -- with -insecure option. but i am not getting AFS 
modified
rshd and rlogind daemon any where in the installation ( ideally 
i
should get it in /usr/etc/ dir.

what to do ...
