Try using "a" instead of /vicepa... (Just a wild guess. I seem to
remember that this has been a problem somewhere but I might be wrong.)

This is odd though. Try creating an empty file "AlwaysAttach" in /vicepa
and see if that works (restart the fileserver afterwards, e.g. "bos
restart koura fs"). MacOS X is not officially known to work as a server
though.
