[OpenAFS] Windows AFS client -> UNIX

  There's really not any way around it.  Having it set to 777 is just how
windows handles files, and really has nothing to do with AFS.  Like if you have
a partition shared between windows and linux, the files that you write in
windows are all 777.  Besides, in AFS, a most of the unix permissions don't
have any meaning(with the exception of the x bit, and the user bits. :^}
