[OpenAFS] rsh with AFS token passing supported in openafs versions for Linux

Is AFS token passing supported for rsh in OpenAFS for Linux or just in the
Transarc version??  I didn't see the rsh / inetd binaries.

This is a (hopefully) a short term fix for a problem which right now
can't be fixed with K5 and ticket passing ;-)
