[OpenAFS] afsd dying on win2k

We are seeing this as well.. I might be able to get a tcpdump and send
it to someone if they would like to look... I run it in a VMWare session
and it to dies. I have not tried turning off the samba server to
connect my VMWare session to my host system.. Might try this to see if
it makes a difference.
