[OpenAFS] AFS Login

Hi,
An AFS user login had recently expired in the Authentication database. I =
used=20
the command 'kas setfields <name> -expiration never' in order to reset th=
e=20
user's entry. Running 'kas examine <user>' returns:
User data for <user> (ADMIN)
  key (3) cksum is 1689798422, last cpw: Wed Sep 11 04:54:45 2002
  password will never expire.
  An unlimited number of unsuccessful authentications is permitted.
  entry never expires.  Max ticket lifetime 25.00 hours.
  last mod on Wed Sep 11 06:01:23 2002 by admin
  don't permit password reuse

When the user logs in, he does not receive a token. Am I missing somethin=
g=20
here?
