[OpenAFS] /afs suddenly not mounted?

Are you running an NFS server on this machine?  Honestly, I've never
seen this particular problem, but it looks like something is bashing the
stack.  Nobody else has shown this problem.

Are you running with a distributed kernel or did you recompile
it yourself?
