Here is the configuration which works for kdm and OpenAFS+Krb5 on our
Debian-Pool-Installation:

auth sufficient pam_krb5.so     try_first_pass
account sufficient pam_krb5.so
session optional pam_krb5.so
session optional pam_openafs_session.so
