[OpenAFS] Question on Migrating to OpenAFS

Hello,
	We are currently running IBM/Transarc AFS v3.6 on Solaris8 servers and 
are hoping to move to OpenAFS 1.2.8.  Does anyone know
of a pointer/URL on what the migration steps should be?  Do we need
to move files off of the fileservers, upgrade/install OpenAFS, and
then move the files back on or can we just install in place? What
about the database servers?  We do not plan on using the namei
interface at this time.
