Deleting /usr/vice shouldn't have hurt much, unless you put the cache
under /usr/vice. If that's the case, you can restore/recreate the
contents of everything other than the cache, and reboot and things
should be fine. Be sure and recreate /usr/vice/etc/cacheinfo with
appropriate contents.
