[OpenAFS] Re: OpenAFS install

No Problem.

Do you have a list of what install should do?  I'm making a meta-install for
my users which includes AFS.  I'm using Wise.  Right now, I jusy run
AFSForWindows.exe then clean up the AFS ini files.  I'd rather do the AFS
install myself.  Do you know exactly what steps the AFS install has to
perform?

Here's my current guess,

1. Install everything in DEST/{bin,etc,root.client}

2. WinXP
add a service entry for DEST/root.client/usr/vice/etc/afsd_service.exe

3. Win9x
How does afsd get started in Win9x?

4. create WINDOWS/afsd*.ini

Am I missing anything?
