[OpenAFS] using amanda-afs

Hi,

I have already amanda for network backup, the amanda backup server is not an afs
server nor a afs client.
I have install amanda-afs on a afs server which is a amanda client for my backup
server.
So I have several questions:
 
Should I install amanda-afs on my backup server and reinstall amanda ?
Needs amanda-afs the afs-backup server ?
How interact amanda-afs with amanda ?
Is there a documentation (even small) about amanda-afs ?
