[OpenAFS] fs setcrypt and transarc

I thought we were talking about Transarc's AFS?

This is what I get...

fs: Unrecognized operation 'setcrypt'; type 'fs help' for list

So the Windows OpenAFS client version supports fs 
setcrypt?  Hmm...  Anybody else verify this?  Anybody actually snooped the 
network traffic to verify?
