[OpenAFS] vos move & vos rel failing on large volumes

The following vos release was from one new fileserver to the other
new fileserver (after we fixed the Full Duplex problem).  At the same
time I started this release I also started a release on our old fileserver
to the other old fileserver.  That release is still sitting at

of going on to clone the volume.  The volume that was successfully
cloned is approx. 5 times larger than the volume that is stuck.  I'll
leave the stuck release overnight and see if it gets anywhere.
