[OpenAFS] Transaction Logs and User Activity

A while back I found an email exchange about enabling full transaction
logging within an AFS cluster, but unfortunately I haven't been able to find
those emails again.

Can anybody help me figure out how I can access the logs that will tell me
when users modify files on my servers?  I have a need to audit AFS activity
and can't figure out what I need to do in order to see the transaction logs.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
