Namei fileserver doesn't build in HP-UX, either does OpenAFS vfsck. I
guess my only option is to use AFS vfsck? Unless anybody has ever built
OpenAFS vfsck in HP-UX that could give some tips, it is currently
breaking because the "libfs.h" file doesn't exist.
