[OpenAFS] (no subject)

 Dear James Peterson and others,

I saw your name in an answer about Install Shield.
I am on a Win2000 system and I have remote access to my server from other 
computers set up. When I tried to set it up on this machine which is just 
like the others it gave me an error saying that install shield could not be 
opened or is not configured correctly. Where do I go to fix it or get a copy 
to install so I can get my remote access program to work?
