[OpenAFS] DEtermining what is held in the client cache how long

Is there anyway to prioritize certain files/directories so they are 
retained in the cache longer than other, possibly newer, entries?

For example, putting reference documents in a directory.  Some may be 
seldom used but I want them always on the client with any changes 
automatically pushed the client cache from the server.
