[OpenAFS] klog akserver krb4

Thanks for your suggestions!
kinit/aklog don't work for my foreign cells, because they're not set up to
deal with my TGT. Besides,
"klog user@foreign.cell" is simpler than kinit/aklog. The Windows klog.exe
does the right thing (it uses krb4 rather than kaserver). Is there a UNIX
one which does krb4 too?
