[OpenAFS] Mail delivery into OpenAFS

Is anyone doing this? I assume so..

I'm working on getting qmail to deliver to user's home directories, 
wrapping it in a pagsh with a process that gets new krb5 tickets from a 
keyfile and then AFS tokens periodically. It doesn't seem to be working too 
well... but I'm working on it.
I tried this several months ago, but only ~half my mail was delivered 
successfully.

I'll then use IMAP/POP3 with pam_krb5.so and pam_openafs_session.so to give 
the user access to thier Maildir.

Is anyone else doing something similar?  Any gotchas?
