[OpenAFS] Mail delivery into OpenAFS

It's considered a really bad idea by pretty much everyone I know who's run
AFS for a long time to try to deliver mail into AFS.  The performance
sucks, among other problems.

Get your mail clients to use IMAP.  It's much, much nicer.  Failing that,
you can do what we did here at Stanford and just wrap them all with
programs that download their mail via POP into their home directories.
