[OpenAFS] /afs not in AFS

I wouldn't say it looks good! It's a desaster: the volume seems
completely corrupted. The salvager renames it to bogus.536870912, so
after that your root.afs is gone.
What platform your server runs on?
What version of OpenAFS are you using?
Have you built your fileserver yourself?
