[OpenAFS] Windows 2000 can't locate afsrpd.dll

Remove AFS completely from Win2000 and redo the installation:
1. Uninstall all parts of AFS
2. Reboot
3. Delete Program Files\IBM - assuming that is where AFS is installed
4. Confirm there is no copy of afsrpc.dll on drive C:
5. Confirm there is no entry in registry:
 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TransarcAFSDaemon
5. Reboot
6. Install AFS again

If you still see failures, take two aspirin and email me in the morning.
