[OpenAFS] cmdebug / Windows

Is cmdebug not supposed to be able to talk to a windows OpenAFS cache
manager?

I'm getting this error when pointing it at any Windows OpenAFS client:

cmdebug: error checking locks: RPC interface mismatch (-455)
cmdebug: failed to get cache entry 0 (RPC interface mismatch (-455))
