[OpenAFS] Knoppix + openafs... Again.

I finally got it working. A remastered version of Knoppix
(http://www.knopper.net/knoppix/index-en.html) with support for openAFS
and working configuration of Kerberos and PAM.

My questions now are:
1: Is it ok to distribute a binary version of this?
2: Is anyone interested in creating a version of their own, and should I
write down how I did somewhere?
