[OpenAFS] OpenAFS on OpenBSD-current (ELF)

Since Olivier Crouzet created a patch for i386 OpenBSD-current to 
re-enable modload on ELF systems, LKM's are usable again.

I've put together a doc to show people how I got AFS back on my 
openbsd-current box. OpenBSD has removed krb4 support, and arla has been 
disabled in the base system as well - leaving us -current people SOL for 
afs.  Hopefully this will help somewhat.
