[OpenAFS] compilation errors on 2.4.20

Hai ,

	I was looking for an  file system
alternative to NFS . So i decided  to
use OpenAFS. I downloaded the openafs source
and compiled . But compilation fails .
Iam using 2.4.20 Kernel and gentoo distribution.

I got following message when i ran following command

./configure  --with-afs-sysname=i386_linux24 
--with-linux-kernel-headers=/usr/src/linux


"no available sys_call_table access method " and makefile
is not getting created.


I cannot able to proceed further .Please suggest me
what is going wrong.
