If you are moving database servers, then you will need to update the
CellServDBs on all your clients and restart them (or use fs newcell to set
the new database server IP addresses).

If you are only moving fileservers that are not database servers, then
changing the IP's and restarting the servers will work mostly
transparently. (each client will probably time out each server once before
getting the new ip address information from the VLDB)
