[OpenAFS] How to migrate from old-clients+aklog+krb524 to krb524 w/ new krb5 support for afs

Has anyone on here done a migration to the new krb5 support in afs?=20

We're currently running the old style krb524+aklog support on around
2000+ clients and 18 servers. The clients are a mix of really-old (3.4a
transarc code on HP-UX), semi-old (1.2.2 openafs on windows), fairly up
to date (1.2.5+), and current (cvs build).=20

We're currently running with server code prior to the krb5 merge in
openafs.

Has anyone done a migration from a state similar to this? What needs
changed?
