[OpenAFS] ACL Bug

Is the user on the acl for this volume directly, or is he in a group which is
on the acl? have you refreshed tokens since adding the user to the group, or
acl. I believe that in the case of adding a user to a group, the cache manager
will not notice untill you refresh your tokens.
