 No, it is not.
Was on a stonehenge presentation a couple of weeks ago. It is
a separate product. Basically it consists of openafs + samba +
openldap + cups + other open source products + framework to monitor and
restart it all + java gui to manage it from "any"
platform. Runs fine with or without san backend for
storage. Quite nice setup. 

 Storagetank, if I remember correctly, is a san product, or
rather san addon, where you have shared filesystem access to the
san disks, with filesystem metadata in a set of metadata servers.
