[OpenAFS] afsd core dumps

Hi,

I think I've managed to get the server up and running, (following the
instructions on the Quickstart guide):

Bos Status: says

> Instance kaserver, currently running normally.
> Instance buserver, currently running normally.
> Instance ptserver, currently running normally.
> Instance vlserver, currently running normally.
> Instance fs, currently running normally.
>	Auxiliary status is: file server running.

and Vos listvols reports that:

> Total number of volumes on server xxx.xxx.com partition
> /vicepa: 0
>
> Total volumes onLine 0 ; Total volumes offLine 0 ; Total busy 0

My problems is that afsd bombs out with a core dump:

> # cat cacheinfo
> # /afs:/usr/local/tmp:20000
> # afsd
> afsd: My home cell is 'xxx.com'
> ParseCacheInfoFile: Opening cache info file
> '/usr/local/openafs/etc/openafs/cacheinfo'...
> ParseCacheInfoFile: Cache info file successfully parsed:
>	cacheMountDir: '/afs'
>	cacheBaseDir: '/usr/local/tmp'
>	cacheBlocks: 20000
> afsd: 2000 inode_for_V entries at 0x8075000,
> 8000 bytes
> Bad system call (core dumped)

I'm running FreeBSD 4.8 RC2 and OpenAfs 1.2.9 stable compiled from
source.

TIA

Regards,

Richard Jones
