[OpenAFS] Knfs doesn't work on an AFS/NFS translator under OpenAFS

This doesn't explain the need for a translator -- just include AFS
with your tftp'd miniroot and create a memory cache, and then install
the machine from there.

Ok, so "legacy"..  Well, tell your NeXT users to get machines that
are less than 10 years old....   ;)
