[OpenAFS] aklog with rpms

Subject: aklog for rpm users

I'm running openafs from rpm's.  It appears that aklog is not part of
the package.  Is this becuase there are too many various wrt with kerb
version and distribution that may exist?  Assuming I have a stock red
hat installation what would I need to do in order to get aklog
working?
