[OpenAFS] kcheckpass annoyances

Are you sure that kcheckpass uses /etc/pam.d/kcheckpass? For me it seems
it looks for another PAM config file. Did you try kss? Otherwise try
modifying /etc/pam.d/other and look if it helps...
