[OpenAFS] Weird situtation

Hi folks,

Openafs suits to all of our needs except one minor but important thing.
There is a need here that user can create files and subdirs he can modify 
them but we don't allow to delete them. The problem is if I create a 
folder unded WinXXX the folder initial name will be New Folder. If I want 
to rename it it does not work due to acl sets (don't allow to delete). 
It's fundamental problem for us. Can we solve it somehow ?
