[OpenAFS] afs database

Sorry, I should have been more specific. I'm trying to install a second 
server and I'm running into this problem on multiple systems. All are 
running SuSe Linux(8.2) with the openAFS packages included with the 
distro.  Whenever I try to do a  # bos <whatever> -server <myserver> 
-noauth (running bosserver in noauth) I get "bos: can't open cell 
database (/usr/local/etc/openafs)"  In fact there is no such directory 
/usr/local/etc and as far as I can tell the DB is in /var/lib/openafs.
