[OpenAFS] Undefined symbol problem

Ok. Looks like I need to use lwp (since the gtk stuff I am building
also seems to be using lwp, so, don't want to mix that with pthread).
Any suggetions on the correct libs and linking order for lwp when using:
kas
kernel token cache
pr client functions?
