[OpenAFS] 1.2.10 and redhat 8.0 strangeness

We upgraded a couple servers to 1.2.10 on Redhat 8.0 (both stock and =
custom kernels)
and discovered that the fileserver processes hung and never completely =
shut down when given a=20
bos shutdown or restart. Is this a known bug or more likely a =
misconfiguration on my end? =20
I've removed the 1.2.10 rpms and re-installed the 1.2.9 rpms and the =
processes seem to=20
shutdown and restart correctly.
