[OpenAFS] Windows XP

Hi All,

I had OpenAFS working on a laptop running Windows XP. Somewhere along 
the rash of critical Windows updates, AFS stopped working. I've 
uninstalled OpenAFS and reinstalled version 1.2.10 to no avail.

 From Windows I can see the root.afs and root.cell but when I try to 
authenticate I get

            "Error: 56 (Authentication server was unavailable)"

regardless of what cell I try to authenticate to. I've tried turning 
off the Windows firewall also to no avail.

Has anyone else seen this? Any hints for a non-Windows user?
