[OpenAFS] Windows XP vs 1.2.10

Hi folks,

I'm in trouble with installing 1.2.10 server on my notebook running XP.
I'd like to demonstrate the multiple fileserver capability.
When I try to start the AFS server it stops with service dependent (?) 
error code 0x2. I don't know what does it mean either how to solve this.
Any idea ?
