[OpenAFS] SScall(137, 28, xx)=-1 error messages

Hello,

I am running RedHat 7.3 (kernel 2.4.18-4smp) with openafs-1.2.10.
I have such a problem. When I start afs init script with option 
-verbose I get such error messages:

The same results I get with openafs-1.2.7 as well.
What may be the reason ?
Any hints ?
